Donkeys and horses are used as cars, they are obligated to charge like piles of bricks, stuff to sell or street crap, mostly by poor people. You can normally see at downtown dirty and thin donkeys going all over the streets. I always feel sad when I see that because the government is poorly developed to counteract this problem.
