Kills fleas and ticks including those carrying lyme disease. Kills flea egs to prevent reinfestation. Buckle collar around cats neck. Fit collar snug to prevent placement of the cats leg or jaw through the collar. Leave 1-2 inches on the length of the collar for adjustment cut off excess and dispose in trash.
